Cloud Studio Manager signup text messages

1. The program
Cloud Studio Manager is a gym and studio management platform and a Host Merchant Services product. These terms cover the Cloud Studio Manager signup text message program: text messages about your Cloud Studio Manager signup. Texts may be automated.
We text a one-time verification code to confirm the mobile number on your Cloud Studio Manager signup. This is the only kind of text in this program. Confirming your number by text is optional; you can finish signing up without it.
A code text looks like this:
“Cloud Studio Manager: your code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.”
If you or our team changes the phone number on your signup, we text a one-time code to the new number when you ask for it, so you can confirm it. This code is sent whether or not you ticked the box.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
2. Who sends the texts
Host Merchant Services (HMS) sends these texts for Cloud Studio Manager, an HMS product, from a toll-free number operated by HMS.
3. How you agree
On the Cloud Studio Manager signup form, an optional box sits under the mobile phone field. It is not ticked in advance. It reads:
“Yes, Cloud Studio Manager (Host Merchant Services) may text me at the number above about my signup. (optional)”
The form also shows: “Texts may be automated. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent not required to sign up.”
Ticking the box is how you agree to receive the code that confirms the mobile number on your signup form. Consent is not required to sign up. If you leave the box unticked, you can still sign up. The code for a changed number (section 1) is sent whether or not you ticked the box.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You get a code only when you ask for one, and no more than three codes a day to one mobile number.
Each code expires in 10 minutes.
5. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts from that number. Because one Host Merchant Services number sends signup texts for several HMS products (Cloud Studio Manager, Cloud Rental Manager, Cloud Donor Manager, Cloud Job Manager and Cloud Event Manager), STOP also stops signup texts for those other products from that number.

8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Your information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Your number
Only give us a mobile number that is yours or that you are authorized to use. If you change or give up that number, please tell us.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
